Food Diary 4/13

Is it ominous that I am starting this on Friday the 13th?

Last night I cooked a lot of vegetables, something that I need to be more in the habit of because it makes life a lot easier at work.

Breakfast:

2 cups black coffee

2/3 cup cooked oats with seeds

Lunch:

1 1/2 cups veggies, roasted with coconut oil, salt, and pepper (sweet potatoes, beets, asparagus, Brussels sprouts)

bag of DOLE spinach salad

black tea

snacks
Four tiny Reese’s cups (uh oh)
1/4 cup raisins (better!)

dinner
Egg sandwich on whole grain bread
